BE SAFE AROUND COLD WATER! Welcome to the Canadian Safe Boating Council's Cold Water Awareness course. This online educational course is for you if you live, work, or spend time on or near cold water. It’s also an excellent resource for organizations seeking to include cold water safety in their workplace training programs. After completing the entire program, you’ll have unlimited access for one year to revisit any module, lesson, or key safety concept at any time for review and refresher training. Learn at your own pace the essential knowledge needed to help survive an unexpected immersion, along with tips on how to help others who may fall in or become hypothermic. Even if you’re just curious about how the body reacts in these situations, this course provides the critical information needed to help understand and survive.
